There are total five of these Amal totkas

1. Self-talk

If you convince yourself that you are not good enough to attain your objective, it implies that your ideas will create your reality and your attitude will keep you from living the life you desire. Transform your negative self-talk into a discourse of empowerment. I’m sure I’ll be able to accomplish it.

2. Get out of your comfort zone:

Positioning yourself in a position where you have no option but to rise to the challenge. Changing your mentality is also a great technique.

3. Create new Habits

We live in the twenty-first century, where things change on a daily basis. Every day, we wake up to hear about a new technological advancement, whether it is in the field of mobile phones, computers, or medical science. To live at this age, we must become as familiar with new things as possible. We need to make a difference in the world. To be successful, you must develop new habits (productive habits) and learn something new every day.

4. Ask people for help

It may not seem pleasant, but it is an essential life lesson that should be followed. It’s acceptable to ask for assistance when you need it, as long as you don’t get paralyzed. Taking input from others does not make you smaller; rather, it allows you to better understand how you are functioning and where you may make improvements.

5. Fake it till you make it:

According to research, if you believe you are confident and competent in a certain field, you will ultimately become confident and competent in that area.

MY FAVOURITE TIP

Self-talk and stepping beyond of one’s comfort zone are two of my favorite recommendations. I’ve been practicing self-talk for the past few years, whenever I need some expert advice to talks to myself and it’s really helped me with self-evaluation and figuring out what my life’s purpose/goals are.

In my life, I also practice stepping out of my comfort zone. Getting out of our comfort zones allows us to obtain new experiences, both good and bad, which provide us with lasting lessons that help us handle life better.
