Well to be very honest Amal taught me how to reflect, how to reflect on your actions and to think deeply. The think which made me more Positive and responsible is when I decided to be CL (circle leader) of my group. As it is a big responsibility to represent and take the charge of 8 members. I felt some changes in myself after this, like I become more responsible, more dedicated and realizes that I have some good leadership responsibilities. I immediately circulates all the details I got from facilitators in the circle leaders group. I used to ask the details of PWs which helped me improve my communication skills and networking.

sure that the team is well-prepared to face all hurdles and challenges that come our way. I used to give reminders to my groups like recently we had a feedback meeting with our program manager I started giving reminders to my team again and again and make sure everyone will participate. I believe that my problem solving skills also got improve.
Well I am very thankful to Amal for giving me the opportunity to become a CL and discover all these opportunities and learned a bundle of things.
