Amal academy gave us to come out of our comfort zone and think of any problem or entrepreneurial idea for our Mega Project. So we decided to go for an entrepreneurial idea like the World is focusing on business so much. Hence, we decided why not try and make it a success with ultimate hard work and dedication. So we decided to go for the clothing industry; over time, the clothing industry has been revolutionized and re-revolutionized. With the garment business increasing at a pace of 14.1 percent each year, there will always be a need for clothes and apparel. In the previous year, the clothing market was valued at 8,680 million dollars. As a result, if well promoted, a clothing brand may be a profitable business venture.

We observed that online businesses or existing pages selling their products are very expensive in the current era, yet they are not up to the mark. People are paying for the quality but are not receiving the products they intend to pay for as they are not getting the excellent products for which they are paying. We decided to provide the products worth the price like we will not charge them extraordinary we will only charge according to our quality. We saw hundreds of people complaining about the online pages that are fraud or selling low-quality products. We will serve the value-added products and will never disappoint our customers.

You should not only be thinking about the fashion end of the business, which is the primary business if you’re operating or intending to start a clothing line business. You’ll want the business to expand and flourish. While the products you’re making are the essential aspect of your business, there are other goals to keep in mind when running a clothing shop. Remember that the fashion business is fiercely competitive, so we’ll need a thorough grasp of the industry to thrive. We should also establish a balance between your company’s creativity and business aspects, which are both crucial.

GOALS

our goal is to create an online clothing and jewelry firm that can provide consumers with exceptional design, quality, and value. We will do this by committing to providing excellent service and genuine value to our customers and business partners. To enhance the well-being and pleasure of our customer’s customers while also adding value to communities in which it works. Our goal is to achieve at least 10k followers on our social media page in the next 2 months of the fellowship, almost deliver 50 orders, and collaborate with at least 5–10 bloggers to promote our products.

ACTIONS PLAN

1. Find out Reputable Suppliers

We need to have the proper relationships with the essential wholesale stores and merchandisers to have a solid distribution network for our clothing line. The quality of our business with these distributors is ultimately determined by the strength of our relationships and contracts with them. Depending on our agreement with our supplier, we are selling their products under our business name.

2. Recognize Demand Patterns

It is in our best interests as a clothing company to stay current if we want to flourish. This is one of a clothing store’s long-term objectives. That means we have to stay on top of consumer trends and how they change regularly. We should be able to maintain our demand high and your sales and profits pouring in if we know what customers want today and what they are likely to desire in the future.

3. Boost our social media following

For a clothing line, this is a critical action plan to present a broad selection of items to our clients for all situations and seasons, but we also want to be able to exhibit them in a tactile form so that they can feel and touch us. This relates to determining the most cost-effective methods of getting items to our customers, including the most effective distribution partnerships. We want to achieve at least 1000 followers at the end of this fellowship.

4. To entertain our customers

It’s important to reply quickly to inquiries on reselling platforms like Instagram and Facebook Marketplace. We will make sure that we respond to consumers within a day, if not sooner. This can help us sell our products faster and keep customers engaged in what we have to offer. We will collaborate with influencers and bloggers through PR packages and paid promotions to promote our business. We will try that our customers remember us like with each order we will provide our Card or some candies and chocolates to create a good impression on them. We will keep expanding our products line and keep changing with the latest trends and fashions.

TIME LINE

We have almost 1 to 1.5 months to complete this idea because we have 2 months to complete our mega project. We will reach maximum bloggers and influencers to market our product, reach almost 10000 followers and fulfill at least 50 orders in the next 1 to 1.5 months.

TASK DIVISION AMONG CIRCLE MEMBERS

Our circle divides the task in a way that:

Sarfaraz: We aim to deliver good quality and fair price fabric products to society. We want to achieve the maximum number of sales and want our online platform to reach maximum people so that they can benefit from it. We want to achieve our target of spreading this platform and getting the maximum number of orders in the upcoming 45 days through social media marketing, email writing, and sharing with friends and family. We have communicated with some wholesalers to whom we will be selling their products. We get positive feedback from them. They shared catalogs of their products, which we have uploaded on social media platforms.

Rida: I am doing email marketing in the mega project. It is one of the most important things and needs strong communication skills because you can influence people for sales and marketing. Considering the idea of our project, I stalked different bloggers on social media and chose the ones with good fan following. I wrote an email to a famous blogger for PR. Our main target is to connect with bloggers for PR for the promotion of our products. We are also making customized promos for discounts for bloggers. This way, we can get amazing traffic on our page.

Maryam: I am handling the Facebook page (fashionnns_innn) related to our project, including dealing with customer queries and posting images of new collections. As our idea needs good marketing and promotion, we all members are trying our best to create our product awareness among people as much as possible besides Facebook; I am uploading clear and beautifully captured pictures of our product on my WhatsApp status to let my all contact know about our products. I am also posting ads on OLX and exploring the ways and strategies I could follow to reach more people. As we want to ship our orders in beautiful customized packaging to source it, I contacted many people involved or knew anyone who deals in such work.

Hafsa: The task assigned by my circle leader is to write details about our products which will be used as a caption on social media sites. So I wrote attracting details of products. The plan is to make captions noticeable to the buyer with exciting offers and phrases

Ahmed: We are making vouchers by graphic designing on Adobe photoshop, in which we will be making some verified discount codes and coupons on our products. Which we will be selling

Umer: Before sharing my experience on my performance in our Mega Project, let me give you a quick overview of what we are doing. We give services to people who want the latest and new fashion clothes, but they can’t get their desired dresses for many reasons, so we are giving them the opportunity. For that purpose, we have decided on some marketing strategies. One of them is to make a Business Card which we will give our every customer so that they will contact us again for that purpose we have to design a Business Card which attracts customers towards our brand. It took many hours to select the design of our Business Card; actually, I found that Card from the website, but I still need some changes and am working on it. In our Card, we will write every single detail through which customers can contact us. For now, this is what I have done.

Usama: When I started my task, I faced many difficulties searching the shops for designing packages. I found the two to three packaging shops and met the shopkeepers. I talked to the shopkeepers that I want to make packaging for my online selling product. I showed a sample packaging pic on my mobile to the shopkeeper. But the shopkeeper could not understand how to make this type of packaging. He asked me, Do you have any prepared samples of this packaging. But I did not have the prepared sample packaging. He told me that if you give a prepared sample of this package, he will make it by seeing it, but I didn’t find the prepared sample. I discussed the situation with circle members. We decided that we would purchase the packaging from online shops.

Bisma: I am handling our business Instagram page and have contacted some wholesalers.

CHALLENGES AND THEIR SOLUTIONS:

First of all, we faced the issue of finding reliable wholesalers and trusting someone is not easy then we overcame this in a way that we checked the quality and made sure they didn’t charge us extra and gave us the best prices. Even with the best-designed E-Commerce websites with many items and easy features, customer loyalty is a fickle thing. Any firm that lacks client loyalty will struggle, as gaining a new customer is five times more expensive than keeping an existing one. Increasing client retention rates by 5% can boost profitability by 25% to 95%. Customer loyalty is based on a seller’s brand integrity and mutual trust with the customer. Building trust and loyalty in E-Commerce requires more time and work because there is no face-to-face connection like in a retail shop. We solved this issue by Displaying our business’s address, phone number, client testimonies and reviews, and photos and pertinent information about our business. This removes the mask from our eCommerce firm and gives it a human face, making it no longer anonymous.
